Mysore
(all levels) The traditional method of learning the Ashtanga
Yoga system. Students practice at their own pace and are given
adjustments and guidance by the instructor on an individual
basis. This is NOT a class led by a teacher.

Intro
to Ashtanga Eight week series: learn the foundation of yoga philosophy, breathing and basic postures.
Ashtanga
Prep I Ongoing classes for beginners or students returning to yoga; emphasis on proper alignment and detail.
Ashtanga Prep II A continuation of Ashtanga Prep I with an introduction to the more challenging poses of the Primary Series.
Led Primary Series A dynamic flow through the entire Primary Series taught in the traditional method.
Ashtanga Improv (all levels) A unique blend of Vinyasa Yoga, utilizing the fundamentals of the Ashtanga Practice.
Practice
Tips
Ashtanga is a physical practice, please bring
a towel to class and clean your mat often.
Practice on an empty stomach; 3-4 hours after
a large meal or 1 hour after a light snack.
Inform the teacher of any injuries or changes
to your health, including pregnancy.
Avoid wearing perfume or cologne.
Refrain from practicing during the 2-3 heaviest
days of your menstrual cycle.
