Free Silent Meditation
Mondays & Wednesdays: 9:30am-9:50am
20 minute silent meditation for students with an existing practice or students simply interested in practicing the art of sitting in silence; a bell will ring to mark the beginning and end of the sit. Please arrive on time and plan on staying for the duration of the sit. Please do not enter the room after the door is shut. Everyone is welcome and this meditation is free. Guided Meditation 8 Week Series with Alicia Golden

Meditation is simply waking up to the moment to moment, breath by breath, unfolding of presence.
Join Alicia on Monday mornings to 'Begin Again'. This guided meditation will offer support in the practice of sitting and opening up to meet ourselves and the world as it is. There will be periods of silence infused with guidance; suitable for anyone wishing to experience stillness. Please arrive early to set-up; no late entries.
Intro to Meditation 6 Week Series with Cynthia Henebry

Meditation is the art of allowing everything to be just as it is. This state of being allows the mind to deeply rest, and opens one up to the possibility of experiencing true freedom. Whether you are merely curious, just beginning, or have been practicing meditation for any amount of time, this series will support you in the art of pausing and “beginning again.” All that is needed is the commitment to show up each week. Classes will consist of a 30 minute guided sit as well as time for reflection and discussion.

Meditation Study Group with Alicia Gold

Each week begins with a 30 minute guided meditation followed by a group discussion based on weekly assigned readings from the book The Most Important Thing by Adyashanti. Students will use ideas/concepts from the book as a framework for working with direct experiences that occur in their daily lives.

This group is a continuation of the Winter Session and is currently only open to those students.

One Day Silent Meditation Intensive with Alicia Golden

In a world steeped in busyness and distraction, stillness has become a luxury.This is an opportunity to learn how to let go and connect with the inherent stillness that resides inside each of us. Through a combination of breath and body awareness, guided meditation, and restorative yoga postures, this class will promote a deep sense of relaxation and balance.
Suitable for anyone feeling stressed, anxious or just seeking the space to be still
